Betty (Birdie The Early Bird)[]
Betty Is a yellow bird from McDonaldland. The first identifiably female character, introduced in February 1980 to promote the company's new breakfast items. She wears a pink jumpsuit and flight cap and scarf; in later years her legs were orange. In the ads she was frequently portrayed as a poor flyer and somewhat clumsy in general. Birdie's origin was explained in one old commercial: a giant egg falls from the night sky into McDonaldland, and Ronald McDonald decided to show the egg love. Birdie was a regular in "The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald", but shown in a different outfit.

She Is A Locked Character Only Being Obtained By Freeing Her In Adventure Mode In The Subspace Emissary. Originally From Pete's Smash Bros., Ronald McDonald Ordered His Friends From McDonaldland To Help Bring Down Pete's Smash Bros Saying It Was Soon To Be Over. While Betty Didn't Believe In It At First, She Still Help Her Friend By Turning Mass Amounts Of Players Into Trophies Using Trophy Meals. She Became The Last Member Of Ronald's Friends To Be Turned Into A Trophy And Was Also The Best Villian On The Team Other Than Ronald In The End. In Steven's Smash Bros. She Is Much Sweeter But Has A Bitter Rivalry With Jack In The Box, Who Turned Her Into A Trophy In Pete's Smash Bros. She Was Found In The Back Of Daniela's Closet Where Composite Santa Was Searching For New Recruits But Was Freed By Bunny In The Process. She Is An Easy To Use Player Most Noted For Her Flying Abilities.
